I was given a research paper and I decided to do my paper on the compensation of student athletes because I had see players get called out on ESPN for receiving money for there performance. I frankly seen nothing wrong with it and the research paper that was assigned to me gave me a reason to be bossy so I took it. I used scholarly articles from ebscohost and I was amazed at the fact that tons of people felt the same way I did about the situation. I ran into a couple of articles which had a rebuttal my opinion but other than that it was smooth sailing. I learned this issue has been going on for decades and looks like it will to continue to go on but I think eventually the student athletes will be able to get paid for the work they do. I do plan on finding out what happens in the future to come. I hope the future is bright for the student athletes to come.

Introduction
How are you guys doing my name is Dameyume Wilson and I would like to thank you for taking the time out of your busy day and stopping by to see what I have to say. College student athletes are the topic of my discussion today and how they are being conned out of what rightfully belongs to them. This catastrophe is happening in every state in the United States but the student athletes are basically working for someone else to receive the money they worked for. Student athletes bring in tons of money for their school but do not receive a dime, they are risking their bodies for the school on top of that, and most of all they are still STUDENTS who watch other students go to work and get paid, yet they go to work for their and receive nothing for their services. No one wants to work free so why is it a law against student athletes getting paid to play?
